The honest math

The software itself is $0. Your costs are technical, not subscription: web hosting to run it, the time (or paid help) to install and configure it, and ongoing maintenance and updates. You can self-host it on your own server, use a managed CiviCRM host, or hire one of its expert partners to stand it up for you.
