The honest math

Ten free Pro seats covers a great many small nonprofits outright - if your staff and core volunteers number ten or fewer, monday.com is effectively free for you. Past that, additional seats are 70% off, but note two catches: extra seats are sold in blocks of 5, and the program is annual billing only with an eligibility reconfirmation each year. Enterprise plans carry a smaller discount, around 33%.

How eligibility is verified

monday.com validates charitable status through Goodstack (formerly Percent), the same partner Google and Canva use, so a prior validation speeds things up.
