The catch: the verification path changed in 2025

This is the thing to know. Zoom left TechSoup in May 2025. Eligibility is now validated through Goodstack directly with Zoom Cares. If you set up your discount through TechSoup in the past, existing customers must re-validate before their current contract expires or they risk losing the discounted rate. New applicants should start at the Zoom Cares page rather than looking for it in the TechSoup catalog.
