Tier Structure: This is our typical tier structure, but the actual services we provide can be customized based on your organization's unique situation and needs. We work with you to create the best approach for your mission.

Growing With You: As your nonprofit generates revenue that crosses tier thresholds for 2 consecutive months, we'll work with you to transition smoothly to the next tier with expanded services and support.

Enterprise Advantage: The Enterprise tier aligns our success with yours—you cover our time and account management costs, which incentivizes us to continue maximizing your growth rather than doing the minimum. We're motivated to help you scale your impact because your success is our success.

12-Month Partnership Commitment

We invest $8,000-$12,000 in your nonprofit during the first 90 days (website, setup, optimization). To recover this investment and prove results, we require a 12-month initial partnership.

Optional: $2,500 Setup Fee to Cap Exit Fees

If you have $2,500 available upfront (within first 60 days), you can pay an optional setup fee that:

  • • Caps your exit fee at $1,000 forever
  • • Maximum total exposure = $3,500
  • • Provides peace of mind

Note: 30-day minimum stay after paying setup fee

Exit Fees Waived If:

  • ✓ We fail to deliver promised services
  • ✓ We don't complete setup within 90 days
  • ✓ You've paid us $9,000+ in monthly fees
  • ✓ We terminate the partnership

After 12 months: True month-to-month with no commitments!

Two Payment Options

Option 1: Pay From Revenue (Zero Risk)

Our monthly fee is deducted first from revenue we generate through our marketing. If we bring in less than the monthly fee, you pay only what we generated (shortfall is waived). You never pay out of pocket for monthly fees.

Example:

$750/month fee. We generate $3,200 in donations.

→ We keep $750, you keep $2,450

*Plus one-time $350 startup fee (may be waived in special circumstances)

Option 2: Pay Upfront (Save 3 Months)

Organizations with operating capital can prepay monthly. First 3 months billed at one tier lower:

  • Growth tier → Pay Foundation rate = Save $1,500
  • Scale tier → Pay Growth rate = Save $2,250
  • Impact tier → Pay Scale rate = Save $3,000

*Plus one-time $350 startup fee (may be waived in special circumstances)

Additional Important Terms

Financial Transparency

We price based on your actual donation revenue. You'll provide:

  • • Initial 3-month donation average at signup
  • • Quarterly revenue updates
  • • Annual Form 990 for verification

Honest reporting ensures fair pricing for all nonprofits

Merchandise & Ticket Sales

If we help sell products or event tickets:

  • • 20% commission on retail sales
  • • 5% commission on wholesale/bulk orders
  • • Separate from monthly marketing fees

Only applies if we actively manage your store/tickets

What You Own

After all fees are paid, you own:

  • • Your website and all content
  • • Email templates and automations
  • • Graphics and marketing materials
  • • Google Ad Grants account (yours forever)
  • • Complete donor list and data

Not Included (You Pay Directly)

  • • Paid ads beyond Google Grants (Facebook, Instagram)
  • • Professional videography/photography
  • • Printed materials (brochures, flyers)
